About the contest
Each year, the Lake Park Homeowners Association sponsors a Christmas Decorating contest. Judging is done on the 3rd Sunday of December. For each of the 12 neighborhoods in Lake Park, a best home is selected. Other categories include Best Yard, Best Door, Clark Griswold Award, and others. Winners receive a yard sign to display for the remainder of the month, and publicity on the HOA website.
