Leslie building one of the light controllers

On Tuesday, November 25th we hosted Miss Lisa's class from the Children of Faith Preschool for a little field trip and behind the scenes tour of LakeParkLights. So if you want to find an expert who will tell you all about how our lights work, look up one of these super-smart 4 year olds!

The lights go online Saturday, November 29th at 6PM! Hope to see you! You can check in our our progress by viewing our webcam. Click here!

We have been busy all week putting the lights on the house. The programming and fixture building began back in August, so this week is when it all comes together.

People have asked if they could give money to help support the display. In the true spirit of Christmas, we want to use this display to bring good fortune to families in need, right here in our area. Therefore, we have decided to collect donations from this display on behalf of the Union County Christmas Bureau. We feel that the best way to encompass the spirit of Christmas is to make a child's dream come true! The Union County Christmas Bureau was organized in 1983 to help meet the needs of low income families in our communities. The Christmas Bureau is a collaborative effort of many agencies within Union County including churches, civic groups, schools, and businesses. Watch for more information coming soon!
